Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives, and to meet regulatory requirements.. Under the direction and instruction of the Plant Operations Director, this position is responsible for directing, coordinating, assigns, oversees and provides work direction to the Plant Operations Techs, Engineers and Coordinator. This position assists with projects and preventive maintenance as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical or Vocational Training Required
Minimum Education
Certification in area of expertise preferred (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry) Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Licenses: Valid Drivers License and Proof of vehicle insurance upon hire.
