Job Purpose: First and foremost, to be a company advocate and love what we do-effectively driving improvement through CRM strategy for our brands across all customer lifecycle segments and 1:1 marketing programs. An experienced Manager of CRM Strategy & Execution will partner with Marketing channel leads, IT Data & Web Services and agency partners. They be responsible for creating and maintaining campaigns in the CRM tool Redpoint.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and maintain campaigns in Redpoint Interaction – both ad hoc deployments, customer journey and triggers. Channels include but are not limited to email, direct mail, social, telemarketing and open web advertising.
- Build new Audiences, apply filters and suppressions in Redpoint through a deep understanding of the RAC Marketing Data Dictionary, lifetime value and product category models
- Provide and audit send/mail/record counts and creative versions for each deployment
- Set up Interactions to deploy data points for personalized messaging
- Set up Export Templates for agencies, email service providers, printers and API feeds
- Maintain meta data definitions
- Partner with IT Data Services on data structure optimizations, resolutions and feedback loops
- Define and document new campaign business rules in partnership with Marketing channel owner
- Assist in third party vendor data management and learn subject matter expertise across RAC’s Martech and Adtech solutions to effectively drive growth
- Priority vendors include Redpoint, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Liveramp, Facebook, Google Ads
- Project manage CRM campaign set up from kick off through file delivery
- Identify gaps in the CRM function and assist in road mapping intelligent data-driven strategies for future growth across the organization
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years CRM experience with strong project management skills and undergraduate degree
- Retail and contract-based brand experience preferred, agency or brand
- Experience managing CRM in Redpoint Interaction’s platform utilizing big data and tables. Email Service Provider and Customer Data Platform experience a plus.
- You are highly motivated, a brilliant communicator and a resourceful problem-solver with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Preference center, data cleansing and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) knowledgeable
