Calibre Post Acute, a skilled nursing facility located in Las Cruces, NM, has an opportunity for an: Experienced Maintenance Director to join their management team.
This position requires the following qualifications:
- Hands on Director with experience in all aspects of maintenance management including repairs, heating, cooling, minor wall repairs, electrical equipment, etc.
- Experience in a nursing facility or healthcare environment is preferred
- Must be able to assess and problem solve maintenance issues
- Must be able to assure that all building systems are functioning and operational
- Should be familiar with Public Health regulations and the survey process and Life Safety
- Must be accustomed to working in a medical environment with definite respect for residents and guests
- On call responsibilities
- Solid work experience demonstrated with long term employment
