You will be our go-to person for all things human resource related. The Human Resources Manager will be part of the leadership team working in partnership with the General Manager and management team contributing to the overall success of Eagle Tele-services operations. You will build relationships, coach and influence employees, and liaise with management across the business.
You’ll play a crucial leadership role in the management team as well as impacting an employee population of hundreds of team members. On a daily basis, you will lead and be involved in employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll and attendance.

YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU ARE…
  • A strategic thought partner for the management team to maximize employee engagement: in service to exceptional operational performance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to effectively onboard new hires to set them up for success in their career with Eagle Tele-services. This may include facilitating new hire bootcamp, setting them up in our HR Systems, answering on-boarding questions, etc.
  • Be the go-to person for employees to get guidance or support related to our people practices and systems.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to our leaders using Eagle Tele-services vision and values to help them effectively apply our company practices, particularly around performance feedback, employee relations, and development discussions.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee development and engagement initiatives in support of, and in partnership with, the business, i.e. training programs, culture events, and roundtable discussions, etc.
  • Partner with cross-department and cross-functional teams to create and implement process improvements and other special projects as they arise.
  • Conduct investigations of employee relations issues in alignment with Eagle Tele-services’ standards, values, and leadership principles.

  • Have a B.S. or B.A. and 7+ years of Human Resources experience with progressive career development, including 5+ years management experience.

  • Have high level of knowledge of HR policies and laws including FMLA, Leave of Absences, and other HR related laws.
  • Have the ability to weigh pro’s and con’s of a situation and make a sound decision/form an opinion objectively and discretely.
  • Have experience with a wide-variety of systems and tools (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, G Suite and Adobe).
