Job Responsibilities
– Manage all HR duties such as health insurance, FMLA, unemployment, hiring, training and general affair tasks, etc.
– Manage team members both HR and General affair
– Maintain payroll system
– Maintain HR invoices
– Maintain all employees personnel records, personnel, files, attendance records, training records and etc
– Leads new hire orientation process included all paperwork, explanation of benefits, company policies and etc
– All other duties as assigned
– Create HR related and report to Korea HQ
Job Requirement
– HR manager or manager assistant experience preferred
– Bilingual both English and Korean preferred
– Strong planning and organization skills
– Ability to multi task
– Has significant experience in Microsoft Office Program
– Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,Maintains confidentiality
