Responsibilities of the Hospital Manager include but are not limited to; operational oversight of our hospital, including leadership team of technicians, and receptionists, managing financial and business development of the practice including managing budget and key performance indicators, and overseeing client care and ensure client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.
We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll. If you have two or more years of management and business operations experience, preferences to those candidates with prior veterinary hospital management or leadership, we encourage you to apply.
