Responsibilities:

The enterprise information management core AVP is accountable for work associated with two or more of the following:

· Data Science/Big Data Mining

· Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis

· Internal Data Engineering & Warehousing

Level: Function Head Geographic
Scope: Country Organization
Type: Subsidiary, Division, or Multi-Profit Center/Group OR Sub-Function Head/Department Head (E1)

· Establishes and implements strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives.

· Leads multiple teams of directors/senior managers, and managers.

· Develops short to mid-term (1-3 years) plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.

Minimum Qualifications:

· A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in health and medical service administration, public administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or appropriate functional discipline with an emphasis on planning, liaison and inter-organizational relationships, or related administrative or managerial functions; or

· A Master’s degree in hospital administration, health care planning, business administration, public administration, or an approved related program and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in health and medical service administration, public administration, personnel and labor relations, finance or appropriate functional discipline with an emphasis on planning, liaison and inter-organizational relationships, or related administrative or managerial functions; or

· A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Department Preference:

· 10+ years of experience in enterprise information management leadership or comparable experience.

· Proven track record of working with data integration,data cleansing, data quality, lakes, marts, EDW tools and delivery of solutions.

· The Head of EIM should be businessperson first and foremost, and possess substantial operational experience, strong domain knowledge and a keen understating of how to leverage IT and EIM tools.

· Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprisewide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.

· Preferably five or more years of experience in health care relaated industries or digitally advanced enterprises.

· Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and data models, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

· Leadership and organizational skills and knowledge.

· Solid database modeling and normalization theory.

· Keen understanding of business objectives and ability to apply this understanding to recommend and implement product development for difficult and complex technical issues.

· Ability to share information across business functions and disciplines; manage stakeholders with diverse interests; make actionable recommendations.

· Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and presentation skills.

· Develop solutions which focus on how to successfully deliver resources to a diverse group of analytics teams.

· Strong, results-driven personality with a high level of enthusiasm, energy and confidence.

· Should be passionate and bring expertise to develop novel solutions to the delivery of the full infomration life cyle.

· A background in project management.

· Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at senior levels to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.

· Demonstrated leadership; proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions.

· Strategic technology planning experience; experience in strategic technology planning and execution, and policy development and maintenance.

· Familiarity with business information generation and analysis methods.

· Ability to effectively drive people, process and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.

· Gravitas to develop a framework for business EIM, as well as to sell and embed it in all levels of the business.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain analytic process concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists; able to sell ideas and process internally at all levels, including the board and investors.

· Proven record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; building teams and consensus; getting things done through others not directly under his/her supervision; working ethically and with integrity.
