About Us:
Titan Contracting Services, located in North Hollywood, has an opening for a full time position as a Front Office Manager/Coordinator. Titan Contracting Services is a general contractor based in the greater Los Angeles area. Titan Contracting Services has multiple divisions ranging from ground up development of new homes (valued between $3 million and $15 million), overseeing the construction of apartment buildings, and earthquake-focused reinforcement (seismic/earthquake retrofits). This position is to be the front office manager for the seismic retrofit division.
We are looking for a positive, growth-focused individual who intends to become an integral part of our team. Office experience required, and a desire to learn and adapt is necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, in a professional office setting.
- Adept at typing and using programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A positive attitude and a level-head when speaking on the phone with clients, tenants, and potential clients.
- Prior office experience and customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Complete various forms, templates, and city-mandated paperwork such as proposals, change orders, and contracts.
- Log all internal and external paperwork and documents in server/network.
- Liaison between Titan teams and outside teams such as project managers, subcontractors, engineers, clients, and city employees.
- Communicate positively with current and potential clients, various subcontractors, and tenants over the phone or email.

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
