The Executive Director is responsible for managing the continuum care property, maximizing the value of the ownerâs investment, while balancing the needs of the residents and providing leadership to the property management/health care team. This position is ultimately responsible for 24/7 oversight of community operations and includes weekends as needed.
Qualified candidates will posses a college degree in healthcare management or a related field, as well as 5 years of previous experience in a management position.
