Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
ADMINISTRATIVE & CLERICAL SUPPORT
- Support the CEO by scheduling meetings, answering phones, correspondence, etc.
- Own and manage the CEO’s schedule and calendar, including routing meetings, requests for meetings and conference calls
- Manage correspondence and/or inbox, including screening, routing and responding to a large volume of email
- Plan all travel for CEO, both domestic and international. This includes arranging flights, hotels, transportation, and all logistics related to events and other activities
- Accurately complete expense reports for the CEO
- Greet all employees and guests with a friendly, animated disposition on a daily basis, acting as a brand ambassador
PREPARATION OF REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
- Prepare and coordinate presentation materials for company and group meetings, as well as meetings with external partners and vendors utilizing advanced powerpoint skills
- Compile reports from multiple departments and authors and provide follow up as needed including solicitation of additional information
- Execute confidential assignments that are sensitive in nature
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Reports in to: President & CEO, N. America
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive preferably in the fashion or retail industry
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Special Skills:
- Ability to speak French, highly desirable
Personal Characteristics:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
- Must be polished, detail oriented, organized and flexible
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be accurate and thorough and able to work independently
- Strong sense of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
