This position is responsible for the overall direction of the hospice clinical services. The Clinical Director establishes, implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meets and promotes the standards of quality and contributes to the total organization and philosophy. This position assist in monitoring completion, accuracy, legibility and timeliness of documentation according to regulatory and agency requirements. The Director of Patient Care Services is instrumental in the development of high quality, cost effective services, staff oversight and education, development of policies and procedures, preparation and management of the budgets, and marketing of this program.
-Must be a licensed California RN with at least 1 year of experience
