Director of Operations

Centurions is an upcoming 501(C)3 nonprofit

organization committed to educating the community and working with authorities in locating, rescuing and the rehabilitation of individuals oppressed by human trafficking.

The Director of Operations position for the nonprofit organization Centurions Michigan is a volunteer position that reports to and works with the President and Vice President. This position requires the alignment of the organization’s purpose, mission and values, additional knowledge, skills and abilities which are as follows:

Purpose:

To serve and protect those who can not serve and protect themselves, to be an advocate of liberty through action and education.

Mission:

To educate the community on human trafficking and aid law enforcement on all levels to identify, rescue and rehabilitate victims of human trafficking.

Values:

Strength- encompasses decision making, technical competence, teachability and leadership, wisdom, vision, passion and relentless persistence.

Honor- encompasses integrity and honesty, selflessness, loyalty, servitude, humility and respect to those in authority above as well as a just and merciful heart to those below.

Who we are looking for:

Those who have previous experience in certain military occupations such as, Special Forces, Intelligence (field operations/collections),

And/Or

Experience with intelligence agencies such as CIA, NSA, DIA, Interpol or equivalent

And/Or

Law Enforcement with specific training in SWAT, tactical response teams, narcotics, human trafficking, liaison, and investigations

Critical Qualifications:

• Understanding of Human Trafficking issues or willingness to learn
• Alignment with Centurions’ purpose, mission and values
• Willingness to read, listen and attend training events
• Passion to serve and protect others
• Willingness to build and work with a team
• Willingness to consistently communicate with team and organization
• Willingness to read, listen and attend training events
• Must be mentally and physically fit

Qualifications:

• Concealed Pistol License
• Tactical Experience
• Investigative Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• No Felonies
