Director of Clinical Operations

Aventura Health Group is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations for 3 skilled nursing facilities in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Operations and will work closely with the clinical management team to implement clinical policies and procedures. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Conducting onsite facility visits

Implementing clinical systems

Implementing nursing competency programs

Ensuring facilities meet all federal and state regulations

Be involved in plans of corrections following surveys

Involved in writing policies and procedures

Conduct mock surveys

Monitor facility staffing to ensure that facilities are meeting the regulations.

Requirements for Position:

Must be a Registered Nurse with unencumbered license

Director of Nursing experience is strongly preferred

2-5 years management experience in long term care field

Knowledge of federal and state regulations

Organizational skills and ability to supervise multiple facilities

Demonstrates quality leadership and motivational skills

Knowledge of Point Click Care
