AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and Implement Marketing Plan and Maintain Optimal Census Level and Payor Mix
- Manage Administrative Functions of the Admission Process
- Optimize and Maintain Effective Customer Relations with Referral Sources
- Assure Satisfactory Resident and Family Relations
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise employees in the Admissions Department
- Maintain familiarity with state and federal regulations which affect resident rights and the admission process
- Rotating weekend and Holiday on-call
- Perform Related Tasks as Requested
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE – Experience in health care marketing. Previous Admissions Director experience in an SNF setting is required.
Knowledge and Abilities –Understanding of Medicare requirements and ability to determine coverage. Ability to conduct nursing assessments. Public relations, customer service and marketing skills. Self-motivated and goal oriented personality.

Schedule: Full-time, Days + Call, Monday – Friday, Rotating call weekends/holidays
