Responsible for ensuring maximum customer service and satisfaction, by orchestrating, through multiple restaurant service teams, high standards of service in alignment with the Mission and Objectives of the Company and in full accordance with all Operational Policies and Procedures, Gaming Regulations and Alcohol Beverage Control. Responsible for the overall supervision of staff and all areas of designated multiple dining outlets. Incumbent is responsible for budget, inventory, staffing requirements, P&L performance, and overall dining services.
Directly supervises designated outlet supervisory and service staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the restaurants. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizationâs policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Associates degree in Hospitality Management preferred and two to four years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
