Job Description:

To plan and execute all traditional and digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns across all digital channels

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, build, manage, and maintain our company’s social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns including retargeting ads, geotargeted ads, email blasts, display advertising, video marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage all company websites and ensure 100% accuracy
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
  • Analyze key metrics that drive website traffic and produce conversions
  • Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies with Sales Managers & General Sales Manager
  • Partner with advertising platforms, media specialists, and other vendors to increase results
  • Purchase and negotiate with traditional and digital media outlets to ensure best value and results
  • Schedule tv and radio buys based on negotiated terms and best available placement
  • Submit for pre-approval, apply for, and track all co-op dollars, ensure 100% utilization of all funds
  • Manage all online reviews and respond in a timely manner
  • Create landing pages with optimization for visibility on Google for different geographic locations
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Lead the company proactively in digital space. Be at the forefront!
  • Develop weekly and monthly reports on our companies marketing performance

Work Experience Requirements

Google Adwords & Analytics certification

Google Tag Manager Proficient

Google Data Studio Proficient

Google Search Console certification

Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM

Strong analytical and data-driven thinking

Driven and passionate attitude

Minimum 3 years of leading a digital marketing operation at a company with proven results

Educational Requirements

BS/MS degree in marketing or related field

Proven work experience in digital marketing
