We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit organizations. If you believe in putting the customer first, are tech savvy, and have a passion for social impact, we want to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Ensure organizations are maximizing the Funraise platform to achieve their business goals.
- Serving as the customer’s primary point of contact for any questions, exceeding organizations’ expectations
- Providing a thorough onboarding experience to set a customer up for success
- Becoming an expert in the Funraise platform
- Recognizing strategic opportunities to upgrade a customer’s account
- Sell additional features to expand revenue from current customers
- Maintain world-class retention rate
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in account management/customer success role
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales role
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer support in a customer-facing role
- Standout communication skills through written, verbal, and nonverbal methods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with dynamic personalities
- Passion for building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
- Team player
