The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical supervision of all child and family services in The Villagesâ Region 4 areas including Kokomo, Lafayette, and the surrounding areas. This position collaborates with other Clinical Directors within the agency, serves as one of the overall program leaders for regional services, and teams with and supports the Regional Director in developing skills and knowledge of each staff member supervised. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of case managers, development of therapeutic foster families and provision of some individual and/or group therapy.
A Master’s Degree in Social Work or related human services field is required as well as a current Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) and a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a related field. Some regional travel is required so a valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a driving record that allows the incumbent to be covered under The Villages’ risk management guidelines is required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to think and plan systematically are required. Experience in CMHI/CMHW Wraparound and therapeutic foster care is a plus.
