Supervise all staff. Works directly with members on a daily basis. Serves as role model for other staff in regards to safety, enthusiasm, and member services. Daily communication/interaction with co-workers, members, visitors, outside agencies, and other departments within Carilion. Ability to utilize effective communication skills, demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Work may be stressful at times. Requires personal skill in organization and prioritizing with attention to detail. As a representative of the Wellness Centers (Carilion), you are expected to maintain a neat and professional appearance, demonstrate commitment to serve at all times and uphold the guidelines set forth. Will focus on relationship building, member services, furthering partnerships with the community, and university.
