Business Analyst / Project Manager (IT Compliance)

NOTE: GDPR experience is OPTIONAL, whereas IT Compliance experience is a must have.

1. Strong PM skills- highlight risks to avoid escalations, communicate proactively & effectively, manage stakeholder relationships, high accountability

2. Strong Business analysis exposure- analyze data in excel/PBI, understand business priorities, can deep dive in data/ business, build fast context on Windows license models

3. IT domain & compliance expertise- knowledge & exposure in IT domain and compliance environment.

Job Description:

• Assess non-telemetry exception requests from 14 WW field teams and make decision on approval/ decline based on defined parameters
• Demonstrate high degree of accountability and comfort working in fast paced atmosphere
• Be the single point of contact for field queries on exception requests, guide teams on any related queries
• Analysis and decision making on approval of requests based on defined criteria
• Understand and highlight potential risks if any to immediate stakeholders avoiding any escalations
• Project manage exception request handling process, document training learnings,

Required Skills:

• Knowledge & experience of licensing model, IT domains & compliance
• At least 7-12 years of experience in business analysis, RCA
• At least 5-7 years of experience in project management including cross-team collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to be quickly trained, possess learning attitude, document learnings
• Demonstrate high degree of accountability and working in fast paced atmosphere
• Comfort working few IST hours (for overlap) if needed- TBD
• Comfort working with MS Office- word, excel, powerpoint
