As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Development Manager supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), you will be trusted to supervise the TTP Cloud Development Team and processes to manage large, multi-payer partner portal to be used for fraud detection on behalf of CMS/CPI. You will be part of a 60 person team supporting the Trusted Third Party (TTP) which was established in 2012 to reduce fraud, waste and abuse in healthcare data.

    In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Driving cloud development including architecture, design, development, and implementation.
  • Analyzing and evaluating business needs to convert to technical solutions.
  • Supporting the application development including, but not limited to: User experience, User interface, automated testing, application performance testing and ensuring the tools meet security requirements.
  • Coordinating multiple development workflows and testing while tracking to our customers key business needs.
  • Providing product information, expertise and advice to the client, and serves as client key point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Establishing best practices for receipt, ingestion, adapting and curating large cross-payer database

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.

  • 5 + Years of Relevant Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and growing diverse teams from ETL, application development and quality.
  • Experience with DevOps initiatives, SCRUM, CI/CD particularly with Jira, Jenkins etc.
  • Experience with multiple languages like Unix korn shell scripting, Python
  • Experience with architecture, design, and development of application solutions, release management, and performance optimization.
