Project Management Consultant – Act as a project management consultant developing standards, processes and tools to enhance the project management operations within the department. Provide central coordination and communication for the team through the duration of assigned projects
Efficiency Advocate – Identify efficiency opportunities for complex business processes and partner to make improvements both within the department and externally for our clients
Strategic Partner – Engage in projects that drive value/improve business efficiencies, or guide strategy development
Project Coordinator – Provide project management functions for key department initiatives and projects
Storyteller – Through polished presentations, deliver and effectively communicate key findings and recommendations in a concise, actionable and efficient manner to all stakeholders
Determine Your Success – Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and other information beneficial to role and leverage that knowledge to improve projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Three-plus years of demonstrated project management experience or leadership on a project
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools including agile and waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with a diverse set of clients and partners
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration sites
How To Stand Out:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering advanced analytical projects
- Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing
- Project or product management certification(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Science, Information Science, Engineering, Economics or a quantitative field or equivalent
