NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Associate Director of Identity and Access Management to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
- 12+ years of experience in the field of IT services with over 8+ years of experience in Identity and access management
- 5 years’ experience of managing IAM support projects, support team management, SLA management
- 3 years’ experience of managing IAM development projects, including custom .NET application development
- 3 years’ experience managing and leading a team.
- Familiar with HIPAA and SOX requirements for operational and development support
- Should have certified ITIL V3 certified and experience in service delivery
- Should have experience in ITIL service delivery reporting specific for IAM projects
- Should have prior experience managing multiple IAM support products for off the shelf solutions including Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Caradigm, Imperva and other IAM vendor products
- Manage transition to revised SLAs within new ITSM solution to ensure well documented knowledge base, assignment groups, on-call definitions, and overall alignment to contracted requirements.
- Collect and update documentation for in scope supported IAM processes, solutions, components, and dependencies and define ongoing processes to maintain updated documentation, including within the CMDB where applicable
- Oversee IAM ITSM in-take process, and related ITIL processes including reporting with the ability to facilitate continuous improvement through leadership and innovative collaboration
- Manage global IAM team including on-call rotations to cover extended service hours and facilitating cross training where possible
- Establish and maintain defined IAM system operational (Level 2) and Enhancement (Level 3) daily tasks and measure completion to ensure compliance with contracted requirements
- Responsible for Steady State support delivery, reporting, and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate operational transition from related IAM project teams to enforce quality of delivery and act as acceptance stage within project management
