Assistant Director of Nursing (Full-time)
Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is searching for experienced, caring & dependable applicants to join our TEAM.
Available shift: 7am-330pm, hours may vary based on facility needs.
- Experience in this field and possess quality skills to motivate and mentor other nursing staff to provide quality care to our residents.
- Possess active Delaware RN License, in good standing.
- Must have experience working with residents, in a Short/Long Term atmosphere.
- Flexible & open to helping others.
- Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.
Purpose of this position: The purpose of this position is to assist Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action. Implement nursing policies and procedures. Supervise staffing for the nursing department and supervise the quality of nursing care provided to residents.
