Activities Director

Hearthstone Estates Assisted Living is looking for an energetic, motivated activities director who can identify and provide for each resident’s social, emotional and psychological needs. Planning and implementing activities to meet the resident’s specific needs, to include large group, small group, and one-on-one participation. Performs work tasks in a manner that preserves each resident’s dignity, privacy and confidentiality. Works to encourage residents who have no or low participation.

Utilizes outside community resources and independent contractors to enrich the variety of programs made available to residents. Builds a robust volunteer database to ensure a variety of monthly programming. Works cooperatively with all other departments in planning shared events.
