Acquisitions Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and teamwork

Must be extremely fun and love high standard goals. We consider ourselves a very good mix.

This is a full-time position working from the comfort of your home (40 hours a week).
Commission**: $1,000+ per deal plus bonuses (Ex: 10 deals = $10,000)

**Responsibilities**
Taking live calls from homeowners and assisting them in making offers on homes
Outbound cold calling
Setting appointments with our outside agents
Using the MLS to understand the market and make proper offers on homes
Guiding homeowners and teaching them to the best of their ability

**Qualifications**
Must love people and love fun
Must work well under pressure
Must have a computer & headset & smartphone
