We are looking for a Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition for Corporate and Business Functions. This leader will create and drive the talent acquisition strategies globally.

The VP, Global Talent Acquisition will:

  • Leverage deep recruiting knowledge to create and execute innovative global talent acquisition strategies focused on hiring top talent to drive the next generation of payment technology
  • Drive deep partnerships with business leaders to understand their business strategy, roadmap and talent needs
  • Manage, develop and inspire a team of high performing managers and recruiters
  • Partner with Corporate and Business functions management for full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior roles
  • Partner with other HR COEs and Business Partners to deliver customized programs and services to the business.
  • Participate in related programs and process improvement projects
  • Create, drive, track and analyze recruiting metrics to both drive strategy and measure performance
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements

Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of overall talent acquisition experience with in-house and agency experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of in-house talent acquisition management experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, motivating and inspiring a talent acquisition recruiting team.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing against innovative global talent acquisition strategies
  • Proven track record of implementing best practices and driving change across organizations
  • Ability to foster trust, influence, coach and guide teams and leaders


Additional Information


Travel Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 20% of the time.


Physical Requirements

  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
