The VP, Global Talent Acquisition will:
- Leverage deep recruiting knowledge to create and execute innovative global talent acquisition strategies focused on hiring top talent to drive the next generation of payment technology
- Drive deep partnerships with business leaders to understand their business strategy, roadmap and talent needs
- Manage, develop and inspire a team of high performing managers and recruiters
- Partner with Corporate and Business functions management for full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior roles
- Partner with other HR COEs and Business Partners to deliver customized programs and services to the business.
- Participate in related programs and process improvement projects
- Create, drive, track and analyze recruiting metrics to both drive strategy and measure performance
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 years of work experience with a Bachelorâs Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall talent acquisition experience with in-house and agency experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of in-house talent acquisition management experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, motivating and inspiring a talent acquisition recruiting team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing against innovative global talent acquisition strategies
- Proven track record of implementing best practices and driving change across organizations
- Ability to foster trust, influence, coach and guide teams and leaders

Travel Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 20% of the time.
Physical Requirements
- This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
