Reporting into the EVP, Chief Products Officer of the Enterprise Business, this leadership role is focused on both nurturing McAfee’s most strategic relationships while driving the advancement of new, strategic relationships with major global partners.

About the Role:

  • Build, activate, and drive strategic relationships with major Cloud partners
  • Manage and evolve the McAfee SIA alliances program to drive ecosystem development and growth around the McAfee platform
  • Partner with the head of products to define the overall partner strategy and optimum go-to-market (GTM) routes for the McAfee product portfolio
  • Partner with the Channels team to define the long term MSSP strategy and help develop the right product offerings for success with MSSP partners in key areas like Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
  • Grow, manage and motivate the organization
  • Will interact with executives, major partners and global customers
  • Will influence long-term vision and strategy for the IT Infrastructure organization, and will direct and control the activities by providing vision and direction to managers and senior managers in various teams within the organization
  • Will promote McAfee Values across the organization


About You:

  • Significant, measurable experience driving product strategy, product management, or strategic business development
  • Deep products insight, especially in the areas of cybersecurity (endpoint and cloud security experience will be ideal)
  • Direct, active experience working with MSSPs, CIPs and Cloud platforms
  • Ability and passion to lead large teams and to interact with senior executives is essential
  • Direct experience interacting with customers, sales and partners, especially at the higher levels of these organizations is critical
  • Excellent organizational skills. Flexibility to adapt and manage assignments as they evolve and are replaced by other priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal communications skills enabling you to collaborate and be influential at all levels combined with being comfortable providing strategic and tactical advice to executive staff
  • Business travel will take place but with advance planning ability
  • Technically active, inquisitive and astute, able to lead technical conversations with stake holders, vendors and team members
