VP Strategic Federal Sales is responsible for sustaining and increasing service, product resale and manufacturing business opportunities throughout STLB and CC Distributors by leveraging new and current customers to achieve planned growth.
1. Identify and implement new business opportunities
2. Achieve budgeted growth goals
3. Expand Sales network and build additional customer partnerships
4. Cultivate, develop and assist with management of opportunities
5. Grow overall business in all categories
6. Assist in Prime Vendor, IDIQ GSA schedule award.
7. Ability to travel as necessary to accomplish goals and objectives
8. Flexibility to perform other tasks as assigned
5 years sales experience in the federal marketplace. With current working relationships within Federal Government. Proficient with computers, MS Office programs, CMS software. Ability to effectively present information at all levels of management. Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining relationships while protecting the mission of South Texas Lighthouse for the Blind Ability to work flexible hours and days to accommodate customer demands
