The role will require day-to-day client interaction, managing portfolio risk, coordinating with senior risk managers, and adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Works closely with senior banking professionals, product specialists, clients and other internal and external constituencies to help drive the business growth.
- The Portfolio Manager will actively manage a large portfolio of ASG clients.
- Responsibilities will include ongoing financial statement monitoring and spreading; coordinating transaction closings; ensuring the on-time completion of quarterly credit reviews, renewals, and other credit events; monitoring risk rating trends; internal policy reviews and revisions; and assisting with stress testing, compliance and regulatory reviews.
- A critical component of the position will be early identification of emerging credit problems and maintaining a strong understanding of pertinent industry trends.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 10 years of related work experience
- In-depth knowledge of investment banking, market, industry sector and/or financial products
- Advanced skills in financial analytical, sales, presentation, client relationship management, organizing, leadership and interpersonal relationship management Superior skills in written and oral communications
Preferred Requirements:
- 5+ years in portfolio management or underwriting
- In-depth knowledge of investment banking, market, industry sector and/or financial products
- Advanced skills in financial analytics and credit underwriting
- Superior skills in written and oral communications
