The Vice President of Sales Integration will direct the profitable growth through referral development & sales activities within Assisted Living, Independent Living, CCRC and overall private pay market share. This position will drive business development to achieve and exceed company census goals. This position will direct the entrepreneurial mindset and develop a strategy to increase the execution of the company’s visibility within all campus communities. You will train, coach, counsel and develop a team of qualified and highly motivated sales professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field from a four-year college or university. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years marketing/sales experience including sales team leadership and multi-site support. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
