We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing based out of our Purchase, NY office.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team contributing to the decision-making and operational execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. H/she will be directly responsible for leading marketing and patient engagement for a network of 26 partner practices and 100 clinics, with a particular focus on driving new patient visits, clinic branding, and media strategy. This role will lead several critical functions including field marketing, SEO, consumer analytics, trade shows and conferences, and marketing operations across all platforms. The VP, Marketing will be a partner with organizational leaders in Digital, Content, Client Experience, Financial Services, Advocacy, and Product Development.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive new patient volume to network medical practices by building and managing the marketing infrastructure to serve the needs of a network of independently-branded partner practices and enable them to deliver on their goals and budgets. Will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals
  • Ensuring messaging in all channels and on all platforms – digital, social, print, experiential – is on brand and consistent with the organization’s values and purpose
  • Overseeing IntegraMed’s national Call Center, which serves as the patient scheduling arm for several network practices
  • Working collaboratively with all areas of the business to ensure marketing programs are on-budget, innovative, comprehensive and fully serve the needs of IntegraMed’s network of practices. Seek out new and non-traditional opportunities to engage and retain new patients
  • Leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data and tools to develop highly targeted marketing and engagement campaigns tailored to each practice. Monitor and measure campaigns to increase their effectiveness and improve patient acquisition and retention
  • Overseeing all aspects of production and execution of trade shows and conferences to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Determining and managing philanthropic associations and relationships, including funding commitments and deliverables
  • Creating and disseminating relevant dashboards and reports for other teams whose work drives KPIs.
  • Maintaining agency and key relationships both within and outside of the network
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Masters a plus
  • 15+ years of Marketing Leadership experience, preferably in the Healthcare System; 5+ years of demonstrated success in Digital Marketing Management and driving new customer volume.
  • Broad marketing/communications skill-set with depth of experience across various digital channels, including display, video, search, email, social and mobile marketing tactics
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and successfully working cross-functionally to deliver innovative marketing/engagement campaigns, increase new patient visits, and practice success
  • Proven leadership in Brand Development and Management responsible for driving significant revenue impact, brand reach, and engagement
  • Proven experience in strategic field marketing and successful relationship management, demonstrating great interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
