POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the direction, development and implementation of the Business Development strategic plan for Networks. The incumbent must operate as a senior management partner, to identify and clarify businesses development needs and objectives. This role will direct and monitor the progress of the company’s strategic and growth initiatives, performance of key processes, and its competition to ensure that all goal benchmarks are met, re-evaluated and adjusted as needed. This role reports directly to the Networks CEO and manages a team of approximately 10.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic direction for business growth and stability.
 Facilitate with senior management in achieving the company’s mission and developing short- and long-term strategic growth objectives.
 Ensuring to tap and explore the promising business growth opportunities for increasing profitability.
 Maintaining a competitive edge in the market to increase market share.
 Development, Coordination and Monitoring of the performance of the Networks senior team while working closely with the Networks CEO.
 Evaluate market size, competitor accomplishments and industry standards and structures to make recommendations in the development of the company’s goals.
 Establish business plans for all new company initiatives and business ventures.
 Direct, inspire and influence those involved across the company to achieve them.
 Partner with business area leaders, to direct and identify triage business development and growth opportunities.
 Seek out partnership opportunities with external vendors and organizations.
 Assist in the company’s R & D opportunities.
