Your role at PFH:
As The Vice President of Community Services you are responsible for comprehensive management of services including program quality, fiscal accountability, and personnel management. You will:
- Maintain necessary quality assurance and supervisory practices to ensure all contractual, CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), DMH Certification, HCBS (Home and Community Based Services), compliance and PFH best practice standards are adhered to during the provision of services.
- Provide supervision and support for Regional Directors as they influence their team members’ provision of quality services and compliance with PFH policies and procedures.
- Ensure programs operate with a sense of urgency in providing oversight of health, medical, supervision and compliance issues.
- Create and maintain an environment in which all clients, referral and funding sources, stakeholders, personnel, and representatives of other PFH service lines and departments, are treated with dignity and respect.
- Under direction of Executive Leadership collaborate with assigned departments providing direction for all incident/investigation/litigation processes.
- Develop and implement goals, objectives, and policies/procedures to assure best practices in service delivery.

We think you’d be great for this role if you have:
- A graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing or closely related human services field, who has at least two (1) year of progressively responsible supervisory experience in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. OR
- A graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing or closely related human services field, who has at least two (2) years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
