The Sr Lead Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the following: Lead complex programs, develop integrated program plans that take into account multiple project deliverables, and proactively identify critical impediments to meeting project objectives and coordinate projects and programs across multiple business groups to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Job Description
- Manage & Lead complex transformation projects that drive cross functional improvements across NA Operations in support of GAM, International and Strategic Enterprise Business Units.
- Influences and drives change to improve the customer experience and obtain synergies across Service Delivery and IP, SIP and UCC product portfolios.
- Establishes links between various transformation initiatives and business strategies using methods/approaches such as capability assessment, business analysis, financial analysis, lean/process management, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder assessment
- Integrates knowledge of NA Operations best practices, customer operational objectives and strategic IT objectives to define and enable a successful customer experience.
Additional Duties
- Understand how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental NA Operations activities in both current and future states.
- Synthesizes, prioritizes and sequences business needs across multiple business groups into executable deliverables.
- Outlines interactions to guide technology portfolio strategy in order to better achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the business and technology.
- Manages program execution working through multiple cross functional organization and individual project managers to achieve the goals of the NA Ops Organization
- Lead cadence meetings with Senior Leadership (SVP, VP, Director) teams for project status, results and decision needs to ensure end to end operational alignment with NA Operations, Business Unit, IT and Product.
Qualifications
- PMI/PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Bachelorâs degree (preference for advanced) degree in a related field.
- At least 10 years Program/Project Management work experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project Management software.
- Experience with resource management including identification of gaps and recommendation of options to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of business and technology work processes and the ability to use this knowledge when consulting across organizations.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, including ability to summarize and concisely share key project information to all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, set direction and solve problems in a fast paced environment.
- Outstanding and proven program/project management skills.
- Outstanding ability to develop a strategic and tactical plan from a concept.
- Outstanding ability to develop an integrated, cross organizational program/project plan.
- Strong ability to provide leadership/mentoring to other team members.
- Proven ability to influence others and to build trusting relationships with clients and peers.
