Senior Director

• Interface with facility personnel, physician office and staff.

• Supervise: Directors of Billing, Payments and Collection.

• Oversight for management of daily operations of the department to include the billing, posting and collections process.

• Monitors quality controls to ensure the department is meeting departmental and company expectations.

• Monitor and updates policies and procedures as needed.

• Ensures all staff is trained appropriately and creates training where needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, preferred: or equivalent management background experience.

• 5 years of previous management experience in healthcare related industry, with Ambulatory or hospital experience, preferred.
