Saphire + Albarran Architecture, LLC is a full service architectural firm in Pennington, NJ. whose primary focus is on healthcare and commercial spaces. We are seeking a motivated Senior Architect / Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Architectural firm. Experience as a Job Captain or other Lead position considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of Construction Codes/Building Systems
Required Skills:
- Take Charge Attitude, Leadership, Ability to Motivate
- Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to Document Projects from Design to Construction Documents, Leading others in Standards
- Proficiency in Revit or Graphisoft ArchiCad.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Scheduling, Budget, Coordination of Consultants and Client Communication.
Preferred:
- Architect licensed in NJ and PA or able to achieve through NCARB reciprocity.
