- Lead multiple scrum teams (most 2 at a time)
o Ability and knowledge to facilitate PI Planning meetings
- Coach and guide team in best agile practices
- Understand SAFe & help instill best SAFe principals
- Understand technical requirements and work with technical and integration teams to resolve impediments
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must have experience in Med Device area, serving as an SME with 5+ years of Life Sciences Commercial experience
- Must be willing to travel to Somerville, NJ every week
- Agile Certified Scrum Master
- Salesforce experience
- Experience in working with multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to conduct workshops, requirement sessions at client location.
- Worked on multiple engagements as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrates ability to analyze information
