coach and guide the teams in the best agile practices with the ability to lead
more than one scrum team (2 at the most) at a time. This role will need to
understand SAFe and help install best SAFe principals. One of the teams runs
their own version of SAFe, which includes PI planning meetings requiring the
scrum master to understand and facilitate PI planning meetings. The role is
on-site (daily) based in Somerville, NJ.

Must have experience in Med
Device area, serving as an SME with 5+ years of Life Sciences Commercial experience
Must be willing to travel to Somerville, NJ every
week
Agile Certified Scrum Master
Salesforce experience
Experience in working with multiple teams
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, ability to conduct workshops, requirement sessions at client
location.
Worked on multiple engagements as a Scrum Master
Demonstrates ability to analyze information
