You’d be supporting the enterprise-forward transformational project at the partner, while managing Scrum teams and operating in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do
- Manage two smaller Scrum teams, stabilizing live applications and implementing new ones
- Drive teams forward without being an Agile purist
- Remove impediments and coach the Scrum team on doing the same
- Resolve conflicts as they arise
- Support the product owner and provide education as needed
- Help the Scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity
- Work with stakeholders across the organization, including with other consultants
What you’ll bring
- General Scrum master skills, jr/mid-level is acceptable
- Previous experience working with a Scrum team
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-driven, and able to maintain focus and drive while working with the team
