Project Managers at Williams are responsible for managing moderate to large-scale projects and developing optimum solutions that maximize economic profit over the life of the project. Your experience with PLC/Stage-Gate processes and facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry will help you lead your team to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads a project team to successfully implement project plans or programs with significant complexity to achieve milestones, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinates key functions with technical resources under the guidance of Project Life Cycle
- Develops and implements project reports, presentations, schedules and costing forecasts
- Prepares, reviews and approves requests for proposals, evaluations and contractor selection
- Anticipates issues, gathers information, assesses opportunity, analyzes alternative solutions and makes important decisions
- Develops optimum project solutions that maximize economic profit over the life of the project
- Manages small-moderate scope projects with high quality and stakeholder focus
- Leads project teams and contractors; accountable for producing results and meeting deadlines
- Responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of integrity maintenance projects such as anomaly digs, recoats, groundbed installations.
- Manage digging, NDE, inspection and other contractors concurrently and instill a strong safety culture
- Maintain technical knowledge of company and industry integrity management procedures
- Track all project costs including schedule and financial forecasts
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Shift/Work hours/Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% travel and must be able to travel to field locations
