About This Job:
—————

In this position you will be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will work with the technology leadership team to plan and coordinate, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Technical Solutions team to provide input to the Business Requirements document
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives via the project Charter; receive approval from the business partner / sponsor
  • Create the project Plan, coordinating
  • Lead a cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
  • Partner with business change management to ensure system adoption
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent internal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and stay extremely organized
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite
