THE POSITION

Cyborg Mobile seeks a Project Manager to support its growing consultancy firm. This is a full-time position for a public sector client located in downtown Seattle. You will work in an Agile environment and will help set the direction, strategy, and deployment of data to drive the project to update and replace the client’s primary website. In this role, you will implement Large Scale Enterprise Web Content Management System (WCMS) platforms. We are looking for someone who has a background in WCMS or similar project, as well as Agile implementation and methodologies, primarily Scrum.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific breakdown of responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are launched according to published schedules and that all deliverables are met against SOWs (including conducting a project kickoff meeting with project team)
• Create and revise project deliverables including charter and plan as needed
• Manage professional Sitecore development and consulting services contractors
• Work closely with the Scrum teams to develop project-level schedule for the project and functional work streams
• Ensure ongoing completion and communication of: weekly status reports, product/program roadmap and executive briefing materials
• Lead and facilitate organizational maturity and identify gaps in existing processes
• Prepare project status reports and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder meetings

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 5-10 years experience as a Project Manager with demonstrated history of delivery large-scale successful projects in an Agile environment. Scrum Master experience is a huge plus
• Experience working in a government organization/environment
• Experience working with Sitecore (must update company’s WCMS platform from Sitecore version 7.2 to 9.2)
• Familiar with UX methodology
• Project Management Professional certification and/or formal project management training is preferred
• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise WCMS platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
• Ability to effectively communicate complicated data and analytics related subjects with both business and technical teams
