    Centric Entertainment is a full-service digital marketing and branding agency headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Our services include brand development, social media marketing, graphic design, merchandising, sponsorships, and data analytics. Our primary mission: is to build, sustain and monetize our clients’ brands.

    Job Summary

    The Project Manager is an integral role within the Company, responsible for orchestrating the delivery of branding and marketing services to our clients. The Project Manager works in conjunction with a brand strategist and division directors to ensure that client deliverables are properly assigned, scheduled and executed on time and on budget.

    Responsibilities

    § Coordinate the team’s work activities throughout all phases of a project

    § Ensure that all team members have the necessary information and resources to effectively complete their tasks

    § Participate in client meetings

    § Monitor the team’s work time and progress on a daily basis to ensure that deadlines are met

    § Support back office team where needed to outline project budgets and help maintain cost controls

    § Manage multiple projects simultaneously

    § Lead daily/weekly stand-up meetings

    § Work with team members to identify and correct any issues as they arise

    § Foster a culture based on collaboration, accountability, and client service

    § Other necessary functions for the role as required by the COO

    Job Requirements

    § Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in project management role

    § Highly organized, multi-tasking

    § Attention to detail

    § Experience with marketing, branding and creative processes preferred

    § Excellent written and oral communication skills

    § Professional execution under the pressure of deadlines

    § Proficient with Excel, Google environment and project management software(s)
