ABOUT THE TEAM
The Customer Launch team manages the entire onboarding experience for new partner agents joining Side to ensure they are successfully set up to experience and use our proprietary SaaS platform to help scale up their businesses with less manual work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Launch Manager will focus on onboarding new partner agents at scale. You are joining Side at a foundational time as we begin to streamline and automate process and experiment with different tools that will result in improved efficiency and timeliness of onboarding new customers to be fully operational in under 60 days.
This is a strategic customer success role that requires an air of confidence and a prescriptive rather than reactionary approach to ensure ease during this transition for our agent partners.
You will work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery of each step of the onboarding process including the implementation team for website and tech systems setup, the brokerage team for legal and regulatory compliance, the customer success managers for account handoff, and several others.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define best practices and streamline our process for onboarding
- Facilitate and lead entire onboarding process for new agent partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timeliness of each client deliverable
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?
- 3+ years managing multiple competing projects simultaneously from start to finish and have strong prioritization skills
- Extremely organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Able to diagnose and solve complex problems on the fly using critical thinking and persuasion
- Genuinely care about people and helping others achieve their goals
- Able to instill a deep sense of confidence in your clients to alleviate any worry they might develop when transitioning from an old, outdated (but familiar) system to a new service
- Entrepreneurial mindset. You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and defining your own direction. You can operate autonomously in a fast paced environment and are motivated to move things along quickly
- Critical and strategic thinker who has scaled and automated processes in the past
- Project Management certification a plus (but not in lieu of actual experience)
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
