Responsibilities:

  • Primary role will be as the Lead Project Manager for all location moves, adds, and changes. Coordinating and tracking IT tasks, as well as overall Support Team tasks.
  • Assessing the requirements of the project and recommending suitable IT components
  • Lead the planning and implementation of location moves, adds, and changes projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget and project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Document project meeting information including tasks, action items, and timelines
  • Once have mastered the role of Project Manager for location moves, adds, and changes, will then add Enterprise Projects to the role


Skills/Experience Required:

§ Bachelor’s degree is required

§ Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience and/or equivalent

§ Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management

§ Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

§ Strong leadership skills while still exhibiting strong team player qualities

§ Proven experience in people and time management

§ Proven experience in risk management and change management

§ Proficient in project management software

§ Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

§ Outstanding planning, organization, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities

§ Outstanding management and leadership qualities

§ Proven ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams

§ Creative and business focused clear thinker with good problem solving skills

§ Ability to work independently, multi-task, and be a strong, proactive team player

§ Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor

§ Ability to quickly respond to management and end user requests

§ Ability to understand corporate culture and style guidelines to ensure appropriate web design and architecture
