Head of Product

Cater2.me is on a mission to make eating and work amazing! We are changing the way employees eat by drawing from a diverse set of local, passionate food providers that are making company meals more exciting. As Head of Product, you will own new feature development of the product and have a real impact on the users we serve. You will collaborate cross-functionally, drive product vision of new features, guide products from conception to launch, manage a roadmap, and make data-driven decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set and own strategy and vision for the product roadmap
• Hands-on management and leadership of product and engineering team; including setting goals for the team and individual contributors
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, sales, operations and vendor teams to lead new product initiatives
• Define, analyze and oversee key metrics to drive constant improvement to product and user experience
• Communicate product vision, direction, and strategy to the rest of the company
• Determine, prioritize and implement improvements and improvement strategy
• Liaise between stakeholders and engineering team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong analytical skills and propensity for data-driven decision-making
• Experience defining technical product features; from inception to execution
• Well-versed in core concepts related to UI/UX design
• Keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to be self-sufficient and find creative solutions to problems
• Prior experience working in a start-up environment a plus
• Experience in frontend development a plus
