About Advancing You – Technology Talent Development Team
As part of Advancing You and the Workforce Strategy organization within J.P. Morgan’s Chief Technology Office, the Talent Development team is focused on cultivating a learn-fast culture for our Global Technology employees. The aim of the team’s work is to deepen the expertise of J.P. Morgan’s current 50,000+ Technology organization, accelerate skills development to meet business demand, and transform the way we work.
Role Overview
In this role you will partner with the Global Reskilling Leads and other reskilling Program Managers to help design the overall Global Technology reskilling strategy and implement reskilling initiatives within your location(s). You will support Global Technology reskilling programs in your location including Tech Connect and other part-time and full-time reskilling programs that are under development.
Activities and Responsibilities

Oversee all components of reskilling program planning and implementation in designated locations(s) including managing budget, demand management, booking venue, accommodations, transportation and catering, scheduling guest speakers, planning events, prepping managers, collecting feedback, engagement with reskilling participants and alumni, measuring and communicating outcomes, etc.

Influence senior leaders and managers to support programs and encourage participation of employees in your respective technology center.

Partner with key stakeholders and engaged groups in the location/region to implement the program, particularly related to assessment, selection and engagement of participants, e.g. recruitment teams, legal, HR business partners, technology center leads and talent development leads, learning and development partners, managers, etc.

Coordinate events related to the assessment and selection process and for active participants in the program, e.g. webinars, in-person events with the training providers, kick-off events/orientations, socials, etc.

Engage and manage active participants in the program to assess their needs and support their learning journey including hosting regular check-ins with participants, coaching participants during and after the reskilling programs and provided mobility support as needed.

Work with the Global Technology Independent and Part-time Study Reskilling Lead to identify suitable part-time engagements with local education providers.

Partner with the GT Learning & Development team to evaluate and assess training providers/vendors (e.g. reviewing curriculum) as well as maintain relationships with selected providers.

Work with Communications & Marketing lead to create internal and external communications/marketing coverage of existing and new programs.

3+ years project and/or program management experience preferred
