One Oak Place has an excellent opportunity for a positive leader who believes in putting people first, listens well, has proven integrity, sound judgement, has a track record of productivity, and maintains the cleanest community possible. This position shall plan, implement, and be accountable for all aspects of community and facility operations.

Maintain high resident satisfaction and occupancy; operate the community within budget to produce positive financial results. Directly supervise a team of 5-7 members. Actively participate in providing service to residents while adhering to and implement residence policies and procedures across all service levels. Prepare regular reports, approve accounts payable, direct the facility preventative maintenance and daily maintenance program, schedule vendor services as necessary, maintain and update files, implement engaging programs and events for residents, and assume on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis. Assist with the marketing including developing positive public relations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of leadership experience. Desire to work with the age 55+ population and Fair Housing Act. Working knowledge of Excel, Word,
Publisher, and PowerPoint. Must be able to handle emergency situations.
