This opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. The second component consists of an Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. Both components of the benefit package are paid for by CACI, in addition to your base salary and potential performance bonuses. What You’ll Get to Do
:

  • Contribute to development and execution of business strategies to grow the business, evolve our talent, and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with program and technical leads to continuously improve program operations and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical capabilities
  • Provide subject expertise to solve complex problems, contribute to new business pursuits, including proposal, start-up and transition activities.
  • Help craft new solutions that address gaps and mission needs.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver operational excellence, and ensure projects within larger programs, and or mid-size contracts exceed technical, schedule, cost and quality objectives
  • Track completion of actions assigned to various project teams
  • Lead planning and start-up for emergent projects—developing ROMs, building teams, establishing roles and responsibilities
  • Implement effective stakeholder communications to influence others, including executive-level leadership—meetings, presentations, reports, and addressing issues and concerns


You’ll Bring These Qualifications
:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience, including a successful track record overseeing programs of varying size and complexity
  • Experience with R&D, quick reaction capability (QRC) and/or rapid prototyping projects
  • Experience working in a DoD environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic work environment
  • Must possess a current Top Secret SCI clearance


These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
:

  • Prior military experience; Air Force experience preferred
